Maintaining systems, (peripheral) equipment and networks is important for the optimal functioning of your communication. With On-site Support, you can rely on regular maintenance by our engineers.

With the On-site Support service, you can expect regular maintenance at a time of your choosing by qualified Flash engineers, so you can be sure that your communication system always works.

On-site Support Service

You can specify how often and when you want to call on our engineers for which specific services. Once a week? Once a month? You decide the day or time period on which our engineer will visit you. Preventive maintenance improves the performance and quality of your equipment and networks. We offer a customised service; you personally pick the components from our full service package. You indicate which service work has priority. Two-way radios, batteries, smart devices, (peripheral) equipment and the network are checked as required and, if necessary, repaired or replaced.

During a maintenance shutdown, the on-site engineer tests additional hired equipment on-site or gives instructions to new users. This way, there are no surprises and no interruptions to your work processes so that you can ensure continuity within your organisation and a communication system that functions optimally.
