At Flash, you can rent (ATEX) two-way radios, smartphones, tablets and all sorts of accessories for any length of time. Our rental fleet consists of more than 26,000 two-way radios, mobile two-way radios, fixed mobile radios, smartphones and tablets. A large part of our rental pool is ATEX certified and therefore suitable for use in potentially explosive areas. In addition to these peripherals, we can also provide temporary use of (mobile) private data and communication networks, connections to public networks or expand your own infrastructure.

We check and charge the batteries and ensure that the equipment is properly programmed. You can get started right away! And if anything were to go wrong, we have 24/7 support at your disposal. You also have access to all the advantages that our Customer Portal offers. There are also options for insuring the equipment against damage and/or theft.

How Does It Work?

From supplying (ATEX) two-way radios, smartphones or tablets to installing and (re)designing data and communication networks, we take care of the complete process from programming, installation, training and management to maintenance. To make temporary use even easier for you, we also offer the following rental services:

  • Issuance registration: issuing and collecting equipment to and from employees or external parties is simplified and made more efficient by our issue registration system.
  • Turnaround support: Flash can take care of issuing the equipment on-site as well as collection afterwards on-site.
  • Knowledge and training platform: to ensure that everyone communicates safely and effectively, we offer you our knowledge platform: Flash Forward. A unique platform for user training, exchanging information and knowledge transfer.
  • Online Customer Portal: the online customer portal offers you real-time insight into your rental orders, rental equipment, (draft) invoices and maintenance. You can also use this portal to submit service requests or place new orders online.

Service Included

Service is always included. Breakdowns of your central communication network are resolved with a maximum response time of 4 hours, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you are always entitled to replacement equipment during repair. The best service, 24/7. You can rely on that. You yourself decide whether to extend this with, for instance, insurance or other service modules. For example, do you want Flash to deliver and collect the equipment? No problem.


By insuring equipment, you partially cover your excess for damaged or lost equipment. Flash will be happy to give you advice on the best solution for your situation.
