Nouwen: “Data protection is important. Flash takes this responsibility seriously. Customer and end-user data is well secured in Flash’s system. Passwords of customer applications change Flash on a regular basis and are kept in a digital vault. Access passes for our customers’ premises are kept in locked rooms. In a well-secured test environment, we test applications and updates so that there are no unnecessary gateways for unauthorised access. If incidents occur, we detect them in time and follow standardised follow-up processes so that any damage is limited.”

Guaranteed security

Flash is also ISO 9001:2015 and NEN 7510:2017 certified and follows strict GDPR guidelines on privacy and data protection. Moreover, Flash holds the VCA quality mark VCA*2017/6.0 and all engineers are VCA-VOL certified. Annual external audits test the quality so that Flash applies continuous improvement and maintains the certification.
