Central dashboard

With the central Flash SmartGuard dashboard, you can easily send messages to the Android or iOS devices of your responders. This can be in the form of pre-prepared messages that can be supplemented with additional information. This way, they quickly receive the necessary information about, for example, the nature and location of the emergency.

Sending alarm notifications

Alarm notifications can be sent both manually and automatically. Automated alarm notifications are sent based on predetermined scenarios. A scenario can be initiated by an external system, such as the fire alarm system. The scenario can also be started from the mobile, PC, or web application. Depending on the type of alarm (e.g., fire), different messages are automatically sent simultaneously to different (groups of) people. Because a scenario is automatically activated and (if necessary) escalated, you can keep your hands free during an emergency and have the opportunity to respond to unforeseen events that occur during an emergency. You can also automatically inform organizations or businesses in your vicinity about your emergency through an SMS message.

Lone worker protection

Even colleagues working alone can be extra protected by the Flash SmartGuard app. After installing the app on their device, lone worker protection can be activated, which automatically triggers an alarm if the employee stops moving or stops responding. The app can also be linked to the physical emergency button on various Android smartphones, reducing the time lost in sending an alarm notification. Lone worker protection can be deployed in various ways, such as fall detection, motion detection of the device, or activity confirmation through a timer.

Reception of alarm notifications

The alarm messages arrive as critical push notifications on the smartphones of your responders. This can be at a fixed volume, even when the smartphone is in meeting mode or on a call. Only after a responder has handled the alarm message does the alarm tone stop on the smartphone.

Feedback to the sender

On the central dashboard, you can see in real-time which responders have read the message. The responses of recipients are also displayed in an organized manner. You can use this information in your management reports and other documents.

Attendance registration

Flash SmartGuard provides real-time insight into the presence or availability of your responders via both the app and the dashboard. Their presence is recorded based on a so-called geofence using GPS. If desired, this can be combined with Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth beacons. This allows responders to receive relevant messages only from known locations where they are actually active. It is also possible to have an active responder on standby with minimal staffing, regardless of their location.
